Appropriate preventable and controlling actions of public medical health care systems may help to decrease the rate of obese people, save hundreds of dollars and increase overall life expectancy.(Ð ¡DC,2014) Formation of the appropriate community environment that promotes and maintains healthy food and beverage intake. Increase the availability of the healthy food that meet the requirements of communities; decrease the level of sugary beverage consumption, making clean and potable water available in different public places. The Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Program (NPAO) is an example of state and local program that focuses on implementation of healthy nutrition and physical activity among Americans that helps to prevent obesity and other related chronic diseases. NPAO is a cooperative agreement between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Program (DNPAO) and 25 health departments. The main purpose of the DNPAO function is maintenance of the healthy way of life that involve healthy eating, regular physical activity and reduction of increased obesity rate in the United States. DNPAO performs their main goals through development healthy child care centers, hospitals, schools and worksites; conduction of different investigations related to the obesity or other chronic diseases.
